In Loving Memory of “My Best Friend”
Had it not been for the overwhelming, never failing “reckless love” of Marie Joan “Farina” LaPole (My Beloved Mother and My Best Friend), I wouldn’t be alive today. Led by the Power of God working through her, my mom reached her hand down into the burning pit of hell and pulled me out. Just like Christ sees our precious lives, willing to lose everything beacuse he loves us so. Even so God gave up His only Son for our salvation. It maimed her and put her through excruciating pain, but all she cared about was me and saving the life of her precious Son. Indeed she was, is and forever will be God’s greatest gift of a lifetime to me.
